Good Evening everyone,
Due to the current situation the world finds itself in, I have to confess I broke with tradition and did not visit Tontine Street today. As many of you will know it is the road that links town with harbour and recently has become very crowded . After much thought I decided to just visit the Christchurch Memorial garden, in the much quieter end of town. I was on my own – I try to avoid public transport and it was a bit hot to expect Clemmie to walk down and back again – she was not happy!!
I have also put my virtual flowers on the individual raid victims’ graves in my “Virtual Cemetery” on the Find a Grave website.
My plan is to hopefully visit Tontine Street later in the year, meanwhile, take care and keep safe everyone.
